Constituent services are one of the most important responsibilities of a Member of Congress. We are a vital lifeline for people who are struggling with their Social Security benefits, for immigrants who are in danger of losing their job due to immigration backlogs, for Americans who are facing unimaginable tragedies around the globe, and for so many more.
